ANDY SPINOZA
Author and journalist Andy Spinoza came to Manchester from London in his late teens. He reported from the frontlines of the city's exploding music scene for the national music and style press and founded City Life magazine in 1983. Last year, Andy published his book Manchester Unspun, about the city's transformation.BEN DAVIES
Chartered psychologist Ben Davies is a mentor for Chimp Management, coaching Olympic athletes and working in the corporate sector to help individuals and teams achieve their goals. Ben specialises in self-development through mind management, working in high-performance cultures and environments.PANEL

MUSIC
Our festival would be incomplete without music. We’re putting on a variety of sounds to set the scene throughout the day, including a string quartet and a DJ.
FOOD
Food at the festival comes from Open Kitchen, Manchester’s leading sustainable catering company. Open Kitchen works exclusively with local, sustainable and ethical suppliers to help us all support local communities and lower our carbon footprint while tucking into their delicious food.
